... IN THE NEWS...  I'm very excited to announce that this set of 3 Critter Astronauts was chosen to go up into Outer Space on NASA's STS-134 Space Shuttle Endeavour Flight in 2011! If you are interested in purchasing these special Critter Astronauts please click on the link at the top of this page for 'BEADS in SPACE Astronauts'  These Astronaut Beads Were Created For The BEADS OF COURAGE Program On Behalf Of Critically Ill Children. Please click on the round Logo to go to the Beads of Courage website. Here is the complete collection, including a set of Twin Teddy Bear Astronauts.  The Set of 3 Astronauts shown above was chosen to go into Outer Space in a "Beads in Space" contest held by the BEADS of COURAGE Program. BEADS of COURAGE is a non-profit program designed to make life easier for children coping with serious and terminal illness. Their aim is to make each of the treatments a child must endure a little easier to face by getting to pick a special bead as they go through it. What
an honor to know that all 3 of the 'Astronauts' I entered were chosen.
